We are looking for a Day Shift SHIPPER/RECEIVER who will be a leader in our shipping/receiving department, and working closely together with Customer Service, and the production team.
Duties:
- Organizing/instructing department/team.
- Organizing/prioritizing shipments for the day.
- Packaging/shipping finished doors.
- Quality control.
- Recount orders to assure piece counts are correct before shipping.
- Assist Customer Service Department.
- Assist machine operators with saws/routers/press.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- On-time and reliable.
- Can lift 40 - 70 lbs and stand, walk, bend, etc. full day.
- Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to operate a foklift
Shifts:
- The Day shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with every second Friday off.
- Overtime may be required.
- Very clean environment.
